OPERATIONS MANAGER – CHROME WASH PLANT (BRITS)
Salary: R60 000 – R80 000 CTC per month (experience & qualifications dependent)
We are urgently sourcing on behalf of our client for an experienced Operations Manager with strong operational leadership and proven expertise within a Chrome Wash Plant environment.

🔧 Key Requirements:
- Formal technical/engineering qualification is essential
- In-depth understanding of plant design and operational workflows
- Proven experience in production efficiencies, optimisation, and output management
- Strong knowledge of logistics, material flow, and transport coordination
- Chrome wash plant operational experience is essential — non-negotiable
📝 Minimum Criteria:
- 5+ years in a similar operational management role
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and drive continuous operational performance
