THE JOB:
Are you ready to make a lasting impact with exceptional customer service? As a restaurant host, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
THE STARTING RATE: $21.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Handle special requests (e.g., cake orders) with reservations and inform management.
Stay informed about daily activities, guest count, seating, room capacity, hours, price range, and dress code.
Greet guests promptly.
Manage phone calls, reservations, and the reservation book.
Ensure menus are current and in good condition.
Communicate guest needs and feedback to the kitchen and management.
Check in with guests waiting for a table to ensure they’re attended to.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, and forward phones at the end of your shift.
