Night Receptionist – Luxury Hotel and Serviced Apartment Company

We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with a hospitality group, renowned for its elegant collection of luxury hotels and serviced apartments in the heart of London. They are now seeking a friendly and professional Night Receptionist to join their exceptional team and provide a seamless experience to guests throughout the night.

You must have previous experience in luxury hotels or serviced apartments, and ideally have used Mews.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Night Receptionist…

• £13 per hour plus a £150 per month wellness bonus after completing a 3-month probationary period – use it for travel, fitness, streaming or anything that helps you recharge!
• Quarterly company bonus
• Working 4 shifts per week: 2 shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am and 2 shifts from 8:30pm to 7:30am
• Work across two stunning properties in Central London

Responsibilities as a Night Receptionist…

• Acting as the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm and professional welcome
• Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and billing
• Handling overnight guest queries and ensuring a smooth and secure operation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the night
• Completing end-of-day procedures and reports as needed
