We are seeking a dynamic and quick-thinking Night Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our exceptional hospitality standards.
Role Overview: As a Night Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel during the night shift, providing unparalleled guest service and maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, handling guest feedback, completing nightly audits, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the building, guests, and staff are safe and secure throughout the night.
