We are delighted to be assisting a luxury boutique hotel found on a beautiful country estate in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a friendly and accommodating Night Manager to ensure every guest’s expectations are met and exceeded – no matter the time of night!

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Night Manager…

• £31,200 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
• Working 40 hours per week – 10:30pm to 7am

Responsibilities as the Night Manager…

• Swiftly resolving any guest issues and answering any questions and queries
• Creating a positive working environment and mentoring the team to maintain the hotel's high standards of excellence throughout the night
• Demonstrating initiative and possessing an outstanding eye for detail
• Dealing with any special requests and requirements

As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for leading the night team to success and providing guests with the highest level of care and attention.
