We’re seeking a Seasonal Night Auditor to join the front desk team at the Bar Harbor Inn and Spa, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth overnight guest experience at one of Maine’s most iconic oceanfront properties.

This seasonal position offers overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We're currently looking for someone to cover 2–3 nights per week. Ideal candidates would help fill in for regular night audit staff days off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit processes, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports

• Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

• Monitor hotel security and respond to any overnight concerns

• Prepare lobby and coffee station for morning shift arrival

• Ensure a clean and welcoming lobby environment throughout the night

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior front desk or hotel experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working overnight from 11 PM – 7 AM

• Must be dependable, professional, and guest-focused
