Position Summary
The Nail Technician is responsible for providing exceptional manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest care. This role contributes to an atmosphere of relaxation and luxury, creating a memorable spa experience for every guest. Compensation and Incentives:

• $500 sign on bonus pay out after 90 days of hire
• Compensation: $15 hr

• 20% commission on all services rendered

• 100% of all gratuities

• Additional $5 for each repeat client

• 10% commission on retail product upsells

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment following state board regulations.

• Advise guests on proper nail and hand/foot care, recommending retail products when appropriate.

• Maintain detailed service and treatment records.

• Support the overall spa team in creating a welcoming, calm, and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state license in Nail Technology or Cosmetology.

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in a spa or resort setting.

• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Passion for guest service and attention to detail.
