Member & Guest Services Specialist (Dryland Desk Attendant)

Gravity Haus is seeking a Member & Guest Services Specialist  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, self-motivated team player who’s comfortable jumping into new tasks and challenges.

• Available to work Part-Time varied hours between 5:30am and 9:30pm 

What You’ll Do

• Conduct tours of the facility and promotes Gravity Haus membership benefits.
• Provide warm welcome for members and guests at Dryland Fitness & Spa.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, and seeking solutions. 
• Acts as a resource for all policies, programs, services and activities related to Gravity Haus, Dryland Fitness & Spa, retail items, cancellation policies, membership sales, etc. 
• Continually strive to understand all the services, products and sales items in the retail, fitness, spa, SlopeRoom, Unravel & Gravity Haus.
• Stay up-to-date and well-versed department developments. Uses proper communication tools to receive and pass along information.
• Assisting with Gravity Haus Member Events
• Be an Ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurers!
