Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Fulfil the hotel’s overall marketing communications plan to support brand awareness and commercial objectives.
- Create written and visual content for multiple channels including website, email marketing, social media, blogs, and promotional collateral.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information on need periods, events, partnerships, and promotions and convert them into compelling communications.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all hotel sub-brands and outlets.
Social Media Management
- Plan and deploy engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels.
- Build and manage the social media content calendar in alignment with marketing initiatives and Public Relations priorities.
- Monitor and respond to guest comments, reviews, and inquiries on all social channels to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Track audience reach and engagement metrics on a monthly basis and apply insights to improve future content.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Assist with creation of tracking URLs and campaign tags to measure performance.
Public Relations & Influencer Support
- Work alongside the Director of Public Relations to support media outreach and distribution of hotel announcements.
- Help identify potential influencers and brand ambassadors aligned to hotel experiences.
- Coordinate logistics for influencer visits and assist with on-site hosting when required.
- Assist in preparing press releases, media kits, and partnership communications.
- Support on and off property Hotel events and seasonal programming by assisting with pre-event communications, on-site content capture, and post-event amplification across digital and social channels to maximize brand visibility and partnership value.
Collateral Production
- Assist with the evaluation and production of hotel collateral including brochures, signage, menus, presentations, and advertisements.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to brief and coordinate creative projects.
- Help manage the purchase order and invoicing process related to marketing communications activities.
Internal Communications
- Support distributing internal job postings, colleague stories, and company announcements through appropriate digital channels.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations teams on staff communications related to renovations and hotel updates.
General
- Brainstorm new and creative ideas to enhance communications effectiveness.
- Brings an active passion for social media, staying closely attuned to platform, influencer, and lifestyle trends relevant to hospitality, travel, and food and beverage, and applying these insights to inform content ideas, engagement approaches, and communications planning.
- Provide administrative and financial support by managing purchase orders and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and timely payment, while assisting with monthly accruals and reporting to support budget control and financial accuracy
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management as deemed necessary.
- Availability outside of regular working hours may be required on occasion to support live events, influencer hosting, campaign launches, or time-sensitive communications.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate among multiple internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce digital content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort with social media and basic digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic web editing.
- Understanding of online reputation management.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Experience & Expertise
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or public relations—preferably within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience in content creation (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Experience coordinating with creative or digital agencies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital performance tracking.
- Proven ability to manage guest engagement and digital communications.
Education

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field.
