Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel set to open in Q2 2026 will bring contemporary style and Laotian flair to the heart of the capital, just minutes from Wat Si Saket, Vientiane Night Market, and Chao Anouvong Park. The hotel’s 197 guest rooms and suites will blend modern design with local touches, offering its guests the choice of four dining venues, including an international all-day dining restaurant, a western comfort food concept and bar, and a Southeast Asian fine-dining restaurant. Guests will enjoy Avani Spa with five treatment rooms, an Avani Fit fitness centre and studio, an outdoor swimming pool, and versatile event spaces including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Job Description

As Marketing Communications Manager, you will be the voice of the Avani+ brand, responsible for shaping and delivering all marketing and communications initiatives for the hotel. You will ensure brand consistency across all channels while building strong visibility, reputation, and engagement locally and internationally. This role plays a critical part in positioning the hotel in line with Avani+ brand strategy, supporting commercial objectives, and creating meaningful connections with guests, media, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand and act as the primary contact for all marketing communications and PR matters
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with hotel and brand objectives
  • Manage all digital communications, including website content, social media, EDMs, online campaigns, and e-marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and guest touchpoints
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, opinion leaders, and key community stakeholders
  • Plan and execute PR activities, media visits, press releases, and hotel events to enhance brand awareness
  • Coordinate content creation, copywriting, editing, and approvals for marketing collateral and publications
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Corporate teams to support campaigns, promotions, and launches
  • Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations
  • Support pre-opening marketing initiatives, including hotel launch campaigns and brand storytelling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, Marketing Communications, or Brand Management, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle brands
  • Strong experience in content writing, editing, and storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, Lao, and Thai
  • Local Laos / Vientiane market knowledge preferred
  • Southeast Asia market experience required
