We are seeking a dynamic, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the luxury hospitality sector based in Cape Town


The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our marketing strategy across digital, print and experiential platforms.  
This role requires a blend of digital marketing experience, brand management skills and hospitality experience, with a focus on elevating guest engagement and driving revenue growth through innovative campaigns.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and executive of marketing campaigns aligned with the company's brand positioning
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with high quality, engaging content tailored to a luxury audience
  • Co-ordinate content creation, including photography, videography and graphic design to showcase property highlights, events and guest experiences
  • Support public relations and media engagement, including influencer partnerships, press releases and hosting media visits
  • Work closely with sales and revenue teams to promote seasonal offers, F&B, packages and special events
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns and maintain CRM databases to improve guest retention and loyalty
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, digital analytics, competitor trends and ROI metrics
  • Assist with event co-ordination, brand activations and exclusive guest experiences
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience, in marketing and or ideally within luxury hotels, resorts, wine estates or premium lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, PPC and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms, hotel CRM systems and digital booking channels
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft a luxury "tone of voice"
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and insights
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Flexible, proactive and able to adapt to hospitality schedules
