Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist children with any questions related to games or activities.
  • Work at the Pool Registration Desk 
  • Check guests in for pool times
  • Advise guests of activities for the day/week 
  • Assist with other queries & duties
  • Check-in at the start of your shift for daily tasks 
  • Keeping the signup sheets up to date. Tracking the number of guest at the pool and ensuring we are within the allotted capacity.
  • Ensure that guests are out of the pool area at their scheduled time and begin checking in guests that have registered for the next slot times.
  • Help the pool attendant fold towels or with anything they may need. 
  • Assisting with A/V equipment and Wii console setup. 
  • Inflate bouncy castle and follow Bouncy Castle protocols strictly.
  • For tournaments, explains rules and prizes to children and distribute prizes accordingly.
  • Following closing procedures which include tidying up all the games, turn off equipment & lights, deflate bouncy castle, call security to come and lock the doors.
  • Knowledge of day to day activities as guests will need to be informed.
  • In the lobby, make sure balloons are there at the kid’s check-in area. Also, will have to setup the popcorn and lemonade stand. Ensure area is clean and maintained.
  • Assisting with events related to bingo, karaoke and movie.
  • Helping out with the game room. Maintaining a clean and hazard free environment. Explaining rules and guidelines to guest for all the games/activities.
