Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage projects including report progress to stakeholders and track costs against budget
- Facilitate communication between management and end-users to ensure effective approach to achieve optimal solution
- Manage any implementation or enhancement of financial systems at group level and expand to hotels in oversea countries
- Identify and resolve issues on current financial system workflows including modification of system specifics
- Supervise the data mapping, integration and reconciliation between finance systems
- Manage System Administrator tasks for different stakeholders including assign across access rights and maintain system security
- Assess system controls and develop procedures to improve financial systems as well as work with external IT auditors
- Work closely with external vendors for any system patch releases, issues and/or new financial system implementation.
- Work closely with Group IT team to monitor system hardware, applications and patch status
- Prepare project documentation including business requirements, business flow diagram and user manuals
- Design all materials and conduct system training to new users in both corporate and hotels in all regions. Draft and update the SOP for corporate accounting system and consolidation system
- Communicate system changes and upgrades to relevant teams and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in system management including solid experience on supporting, implementation or enhancement of any finance systems.
- Well knowledge of SQL and VBA scripts, API and BI Tools is a must
- Knowledge of core hospitality and financial systems is preferred (e.g PMS, Shiji Infrasys POS, Sun System or Infor EPM)
- Hotel operation experiences is preferred
- Qualified CPA or Chartered Accountant is preferred
- Proficient in MS office applications and financial reporting systems
- Effective ability to prioritize and execute in a timely manner
- Motivated and self-starter who takes ownership
- Good communication, organization and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoke English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
