Engineer / Maintenance Technician

What are the responsibilities of an Engineer?
- Communicate clearly and perform consistently following the mission and values of the organization in our enthusiastic work environment
- Follow our engineering systems and perform regular preventative maintenance ensuring that all data is logged properly
- Promptly handle all guest and staff member requests that relate to equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Work directly with vendors to establish highly coordinated efforts
- Maintain accurate ordering and stocking levels
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to efficiently perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report any unusual situations
- Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
What Skills and Experience are Desired for an Engineer?
- Schedule availability to include weekdays, weeknights and weekends
- Interest working with mechanical systems
- Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative
- Ability to retain and recall detailed information
