Maintenance Technician

The Holiday Inn Express in Walla Walla is seeking an awesome Maintenance Technician to add to our dynamic team. We currently have 16 hours a week, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. We are open 24 hours a day so availability at all hours is a plus.

Ideal Maintenance Technician candidates will have:

• A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel
• Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc.
• Candidates with multi-unit property experience preferred.
• Good attendance

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs
• Learn emergency procedures.
• Giving the best customer service!
