Are you an experienced hotel Maintenance & Facilities Manager looking for your next career move in the hospitality industry? A well-established hotel in the Moshi region, Tanzania is recruiting a skilled professional to oversee all technical, engineering, and facilities operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Tanzanian professional with experience in hotel maintenance jobs in Tanzania to join a respected hospitality property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of a 60+ key hotel in Moshi.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for all building systems.
• Supervise technical staff and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and construction systems.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a hotel maintenance engineer or facilities manager within properties of similar scale.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in hotel operations and engineering systems.
• Engineering degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
