Maintenance

Still Waters Lakefront Resort is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our Resort Maintenance Team! This is a full-time, year round position. Must be able to work weekends.

Must have a proven ability to deliver kind, courteous and professional communication to anyone at all times. Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall and/or Electrical is a plus!

Responsibilities and Duties

Position Highlights:

Will perform simple tasks like replacing filters and light bulbs, general carpentry/furniture repair. Water testing and more technical activities related to Boilers, Elevators and HVAC operations. This position requires employee to be available nights and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills

QUALIFICATIONS

*High School Diploma or Equivalent.

*Experience with general carpentry, small appliance repair or boiler operations a plus.

*Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel/Lodging/Apartment maintenance.

*Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
