The Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, polished, and results-oriented Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for presenting and selling multi-million-dollar �residences at sea� aboard our first ship, The Navigator, to discerning global buyers who demand excellence, discretion, and exclusivity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to qualified leads
• Build long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM
• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to refine strategies
• Represent Crescent Seas at luxury events, broker showcases, and global shows

Qualifications:

• A stellar track record in high-end sales across sectors like luxury real estate, private aviation, yachts, or 5-star hospitality
• Consistent experience closing $2M+ transactions with UHNW clients and decision-makers
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a refined, polished presence
• An entrepreneurial mindset�independent, self-motivated, and relentlessly driven to succeed
• A genuine passion for luxury, travel, and innovative living concepts
• Multilingual fluency is highly desirable and considered a strong asset
