Goldfinch Tavern at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for an experienced line cook who shares our passion for food and cooking and is willing to learn from and contribute to our culinary team. Our Line Cook will be a member of a dynamic culinary team providing culinary experiences to the guests of our award-winning hotel and amazing restaurant. This position reports to the Sous Chef. U.S. work authorization is for this position.
What you will do
Work well with others in an intense environment
Demonstrate an ability to follow recipes and instructions
Prep and maintain a hot line station in our busy restaurant
Communicate professionally and courteously to FOH and peers
Ability to learn new styles and techniques in a fast-paced environment
Work a flexible schedule which may sometimes require shift changes
Support the operation and its needs
What you bring
At least 3 years of experience in restaurants or catering
Culinary education preferred
Strong line skills needed
Hard working and efficient with time
An ability to handle multiple prep or cooking tasks simultaneously in the most efficient manner
WA State Food Handler's Permit

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position and the expectation will be to work up to 5 days/40 hours per week. Must be available to work early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
