Lead Bartender-350

The Lead Bartender is responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring consistency in drink preparation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role supports training and mentoring bar staff, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards. The Lead Bartender collaborates with management to develop seasonal cocktail menus, supports banquets and catering needs, and drives beverage sales through engaging service and product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Current OLCC or equivalent state alcohol service permit.
• Food handler’s permit (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
