Key Accountabilities
- Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
- Answer the telephone within (3) rings using proper telephone etiquette
- Handle special instructions and requests from the guest such as rush orders, special delivery times, starching instructions, folding instructions, etc.
- Inspect clothing for holes, tears, faded color or missing buttons and broken zippers
- Report any complaints or concerns to the Housekeeping Manager/ Laundry
- Manager or Assistant Manager for immediate action
General Requirements
- Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- Able to communicate with managers regarding special requests for guests
- Employees must fulfill their performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the hotel
