Our extensive refurbishment programme includes expanding and upgrading the property to see it repositioned as one of the best hotels in Scotland and an international destination. Plans include new luxury woodland lodges, revitalised golf, spa & leisure facilities, and a refurbishment of our guestrooms and public spaces.

As we embark on this thrilling new chapter, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team and be a part of this exciting new world. 

Key responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter will include:

• Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Assisting with the basic food preparation as directed by the chefs
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards
• Managing waste disposal in accordance with our environmental policies
• Supporting the kitchen team with general tasks as required

The Ideal Kitchen Porter:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
