Jnr Safety Officer

Our client is seeking a Safety Rep / Junior Safety Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ experience with a strong focus on compiling safety files and excellent administration skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in Safety / SHEQ
• Proven experience compiling and maintaining safety files
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Good communication and reporting ability
• Relevant Safety qualification / certification advantageous
• Must be fluent in AFRIKAANS

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site safety compliance and documentation
• Compile and update project safety files
• Support the Safety Officer / Manager with day-to-day SHEQ activities
• Conduct basic safety checks and ensure records are kept up to date
