What We’re Looking For


  • Proven Track Record of 4 to 5 Years in an Information Technology Role, within the Luxury Hospitality Industry, delivering Unmatched Operational Impact.
  • In-depth Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including Servers, Networks, Security Systems, Telecommunications and Peripheral Device Integration.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, confidently engaging with Guests, Pacha Family Members and Key Stakeholders across the Organisation.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Drive Guest Satisfaction and Operational Efficiency, reflecting a Bold Commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.

  • Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Oversees Network Infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi, Firewalls, LAN/WAN Architecture and VPN Connectivity, ensuring Uninterrupted and Secure Access Across the Property.
  • Manages Core Hospitality and Enterprise Applications, including Oracle Opera PMS, CSI POS and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Optimising Functionality and Performance.
  • Implements and Maintains Information Security Protocols, including Antivirus, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Email Security and Compliance Controls.
  • Leads and Supports On-Site IT Technicians, providing Hands-On Technical Guidance while Coordinating Closely with The Pacha Group’s Central IT Team.
  • Monitors Helpdesk Ticket Resolution, Upholding SLA Commitments and Escalating Time-Sensitive Issues to Safeguard Service Continuity.
  • Responds to Guest and Team IT Requests with Urgency and Care, Delivering Immersive, High-Standard Technology Support Aligned with Destino Five Ibiza’s Legendary Experience.
  • Captures, Documents and Resolves Technical Incidents, Maintaining Accurate Records within the Support Desk Platform and Conducting Follow-Up when Required.
  • Manages User Provisioning and Access, Supporting Onboarding and Offboarding of Pacha Family Members across Systems such as Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
  • Maintains Proactive Oversight of Systems, Conducting Root Cause Analysis, Generating Trend Reports, and Implementing Preventive Measures to Avoid Service Interruptions.
  • Liaises with External Vendors and Service Providers, Managing Maintenance Contracts, Licence Renewals and Escalations to Guarantee Seamless Support Delivery.
  • Keeps Destino Five Ibiza at the Forefront of IT Innovation, Staying Informed on Leading Technologies and Implementing Purpose-Driven Enhancements.
  • Drives Vendor Collaboration, Ensuring Solutions are Delivered on Time, Within Budget and in Line with The Pacha Group’s Bold, Visionary Operational Ethos.
  • Manages and Executes IT Projects End-to-End, Aligning Stakeholders, Setting Timelines and Ensuring Each Implementation Meets Performance Expectations.
  • Works Cross-Functionally with Key Departments, Continuously Enhancing Application Usage, Automating Operational Workflows and Elevating Service Delivery.
  • Maintains an Organised and Up-to-Date IT Asset Inventory, Ensuring Every Device and Software Installation is Tracked, Logged and Compliant.
  • Deploys Equipment and Applications Securely, following The Pacha Group’s Operational Standards and Supporting Smooth Integration into Daily Workflows.
  • Upholds Information Technology Policies and Governance, Conducting Internal Audits and Ensuring Full Adherence across all Systems and Procedures.
  • Leads Cybersecurity Awareness across the Property, conducting Training Sessions and encouraging a Culture of Vigilance and Accountability.
  • Designs and Delivers Tailored Technical Training Plans, bridging Skills Gaps and building a Confident, High-Impact IT Support Team.
  • Shares Knowledge and Insights on Emerging IT Trends, fostering a Culture of Continuous Learning and Collaborative Innovation within the IT Team.
  • Prepares and Manages Team Schedules, Ensuring Strategic Resource Allocation and Optimal Support Coverage across all operational hours.
  • Supports Recruitment and Induction of New Team Members, Contributing to the Onboarding Experience and Long-Term Growth of the Pacha Family’s Technology Talent.
  • Conducts Performance Reviews and Mentorship, celebrating Progress and providing Constructive Development Feedback in collaboration with the Director of IT.
  • Deputises for the Director of IT when required, representing Destino Five Ibiza at a Senior Level and Ensuring Continuity across all technical functions.
