We're looking for that person who uses his or her curiosity and attentiveness to every encounter every day. You are this person? This internship is for you!

We have summer internship opportunities in our hotel located in Montreal, the Alt Hotel for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting this may 2025.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help with check-in and check-out.
• Assist agents in complex situations.
• Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).
• Collaborate with other departments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset
• Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners or customers across Canada.
• Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
