Inbound Tours Consultant -- Senior

Our International Travel client seeks an experienced and passionate Senior Inbound Tours Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Requiremenst:

• 6+ years’ experience in the Inbound Travel Industry (Southern & East Africa focus).
• Proficiency in Tourplan and Wetu (essential).
• Excellent destination knowledge of Southern Africa (East Africa an advantage).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.
• A passion for travel, attention to detail, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and quote creative, personalized itineraries for inbound clients. Liaise with agents and suppliers to ensure accuracy and top-quality service.
