Overview |
The Implementation specialist is responsible for leading the full Implementation process of transitioning clients from the Sales process to post implementation production. This role has accountability to the Sr. Director of Implementations and maintains close working relationships with Clients, Client Services teams, and other Onyx stakeholders. |

Roles/ Responsibilities |
· Implement Onyx products with clients globally while establishing good relationship with client; mix determined by business need · Use Salesforce software as the onboarding project management tool and record-of-truth for all implementation activities · Ensure expectations are managed from sales process to production · Verify processing needs and define set up needs; Establish technical and operational set up · Complete formal end-of-project turnover process, ensuring Client Support and/or CM team has all necessary information at handover · Proactively liaison with Onyx internal stakeholders regarding implementation activities · Provide quality solutions which suit the individual needs of the customers and that are aligned with Onyx’s objectives and capabilities. Conduct training sessions with clients · Consistently monitor client activity and provide guidance through the complete Implementation, through regular communications (email and phone) and meetings, including training sessions as needed. · Immediate and thorough adoption of new processes and tasks – leading by example within the team · Consistently working to best practices, SOPs and agreed processes |

Qualifications |
Minimum required: • Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages desirable • Project Management experience • Positive Attitude and strong sense of Initiative • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment Preferred: • Software implementation experience • Experience using Salesforce as CRM (or similar client relationship management tool) • Confidence and skills to run large client projects • Kaizen experience (practical continuous improvement experience) • Prior experience with Onyx systems and processes a plus Teamwork/Leadership/interpersonal Skills: • Strong Team interaction skills • Proactive outlook with a willingness to learn • Eagerly embrace and promote best practices • Strong relationship building within Onyx and externally |

Physical Demands/ Travel required |
Work associated with this position is sedentary in nature and performed indoors at a desk either remotely or in an office setting. Travel for this position is less than 10%. This position is hybrid in office and remote. |
