Director of Security – Security and Operational Risk
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures in accordance with property/corporate security and loss control requirements to ensure security personnel provide maximum guest, employee, and property safety and security at all times, as stipulated in The Operation Risk Manual Curriculum.
- Coordinate and maintain adequate training programs in occupational health and safety to staff (For example: Arcimboldo borne Pathogens, Fire Safety, etc), complying with minimum local legal requirements.
- Prepare, justify and approve all personnel actions; set work standards and evaluates performance
General Requirements
- Bilingual-Native English Speaker plus Chinese as preference.
- 3 + year ‘s and more security management experience in charge.
- Bachelor’s Degree
