Housekeeping Team Member - Slieve Donard Hotel

Position Statement:

As a Housekeeping Team Member you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and servicing bedroom, public and ancillary areas in accordance with our exceptional standards and procedures
• Reporting any defects in the fixtures and fittings
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems reported immediately
• Working effectively with colleagues and together as part of a team
• Being knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel
• Ensuring that guest concerns are dealt with courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Manager
• Maintaining the security of bedrooms and stock at all times
• Dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures
• Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures

Opportunities available within Laundry and Rooms, for morning, daytime and evening shifts to support flexibility and work life balance on a casual basis.

Essential Criteria

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous Hospitality experience
