A Housekeeping Team Lead is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences by leading a dynamic housekeeping team to maintain a pristine, welcoming environment. You’ll ensure every room, public space, and facility shines with cleanliness and attention to detail.

 

Day Shift Available:

9:30am - 5:30pm

Your day-to-day as a Housekeeping Team Leader will entail: 

  • Performing daily inspections of all guestrooms, public areas, and hotel grounds.
  • Reviewing all discrepancies with the appropriate team member, while also re-inspecting the deficient areas prior to updating the room statuses in HotSOS.
  • Creating service orders in HotSOS of any damage, broken items, non-functioning lights, and any other item not under the responsibility of the Services Department.
  • Training all new Housekeepers and house persons. Assigning on-the-job training with inexperienced Team Members.  Complete Cleanliness Certifications for all new team members before assigning them to areas and recertifying those housekeepers that are currently working in the department annually.

 

To be successful as a Housekeeping Team Leader, you’ll need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • Prior cleaning experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
