🔹 Lead & Inspire: Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to keep rooms and public areas spotless.
🔹 Keep It Running Smoothly: Manage schedules, oversee daily housekeeping operations, and ensure all supplies are stocked.
🔹 Set the Standard: Conduct inspections, uphold top-tier cleanliness, and respond to guest requests with a smile.
🔹 Coach & Develop: Train new team members and foster a culture of excellence.
🔹 Enhance the Vibe: Maintain Moxy’s signature fun, energetic atmosphere while ensuring guests feel right at home.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ 3+ years of housekeeping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
✔️ A keen eye for detail and passion for cleanliness
✔️ Leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
✔️ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
✔️ Experience with housekeeping management systems is a plus!
