Responsibilities as the Housekeeping Supervisor…

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and encouraging excellence
• Conducting room inspections and ensuring all areas meet the hotel's high standards
• Inventory management and control of housekeeping supplies
• Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or issues regarding housekeeping service
• Training new team members and providing ongoing support and development for existing staff
