Responsible for cleanliness of all hotel rooms and public areas of the Hotel. Maintains all assigned areas according to established standards. Collects and sorts laundry from various areas for Four Seasons Laundry. Assists with performing light yard work around the Hotel grounds.

$18.90/hour (non-exempt)

Essential Duties
Complies with housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
Ensures the highest levels of cleanliness, based on established standards, are maintained in all assigned areas.
Maintains cleanliness of all rooms, public restrooms, and public areas.
Reports any maintenance work, damage, or theft to the Hotel Manager.
Turns all found articles over to the Hotel Manager, immediately.
Alerts the Hotel Manager of suspicious people in guest areas.
Collects and sorts laundry from various areas for laundering at Four Seasons.
Assists with performing light yard work around Hotel grounds.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferred.
Requires relating to people in a friendly and professional manner.
Requires working to the established procedures and maintaining reliable work attendance.
Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
Requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Able to think and make effective decisions quickly.
Ability to create effective working relationships with employees.
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, and color vision.
The employee is required to operate objects, tools, or controls.
