Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our leadership team at our 135-room boutique Marriott property. This role will primarily focus on overseeing Food & Beverage operations, including multiple outlets, catering, and events, while also offering opportunities to cross-train and supervise other departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Operations (Primary Focus):
- Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and catering.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to execute successful events.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Train and mentor F&B staff to uphold Marriott brand standards and service excellence.
Cross-Departmental Oversight:
- Support Front Office and Housekeeping teams during peak periods or staffing gaps.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and performance management across departments.
- Promote interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel to support staff and engage guests.
Administrative & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as needed.
- Uphold Marriott brand standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in hotel operations, preferably in F&B.
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and operational workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with Marriott systems (e.g., FOSSE, GXP, Toast, etc.) is a plus.
