About the Role

Become a vital part of the Caesars Family Style Service team as both a Night Audit Clerk and Night Audit Lead. This dual-rated position combines hands-on guest service with leadership responsibilities. You’ll ensure smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and uphold service standards that create exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

Night Audit Clerk Responsibilities

  • Perform all Night Audit functions: run reports, date roll, post room and tax.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and provide accurate property information.
  • Update room statuses and handle pre-registration.
  • Resolve billing inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Balance your drawer bank daily and maintain a clean, organized desk area.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide details on hotel services, events, and local attractions.

Night Audit Lead Responsibilities

  • Supervise the overnight Front Desk and Night Audit operations.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards across the team.
  • Train and coach staff on service expectations and technical processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and correct deficiencies.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and implement service improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Night Audit Clerks.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Night Audit Lead.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred.
    • Supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
    • PC literate; Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
  • Appearance: Professional and well-groomed.

Physical & Mental Demands

  • Lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for long periods; climb stairs; maneuver in confined spaces.
  • Bend, stoop, twist, and reach as needed.
  • Comfortable working in secondhand smoke environments and high-noise areas.
  • Accurate money handling and ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Tolerate bright lights and hot temperatures.
