What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a property with revenue of $20M or greater and 150+ rooms
  • Hotel Manager, AGM or a minimum of two (2) years as an Executive Committee Member or equivalent

     

  • Ability to create positive and strong guest relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong F&B background
  • Experience with Forbes 4 stars standards, training, philosophy
  • Acute attention to detail and a high level of commitment to delivering high quality standards
  • Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
  • Hilton brand experience

What Will I Be Doing?

The Hotel Manager serves as a key executive leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Waldorf Astoria Park City and the seamless delivery of a world-class luxury experience. This role partners closely with the General Manager to uphold brand excellence, operational integrity, and financial performance—while cultivating a culture of service, engagement, and distinction.

You will lead with presence and purpose, ensuring operational excellence across all departments, while inspiring teams to consistently exceed guest expectations and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring flawless execution aligned with Waldorf Astoria brand standards.
  • Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through elevated service culture and attention to detail.
  • Lead financial performance, ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds profitability and operational goals.
  • Foster a highly engaged, service-driven team culture with a focus on talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Act as the senior operational leader in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to ownership and corporate leadership, participating in strategic planning and performance reviews.
  • Maintain strong community involvement and represent the hotel as a leader within the Park City luxury and hospitality market.
  • Interview, coach, counsel, and evaluate leadership and team members to ensure consistent performance excellence.
