Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, world -class guest experience. <\/div>

As the Hotel Manager, you will take full responsibility for ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay — from arrival to departure. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple departments, drive operational efficiency, and maintain impeccable service and cleanliness standards throughout the property. <\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span> <\/div>
Ensure consistent delivery of world -class service across all guest touchpoints. <\/span><\/li>
Oversee and enforce policies and standards impacting guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction. <\/span><\/li>
Conduct daily inspections of public areas, rooms, and facilities to ensure top -tier presentation and cleanliness. <\/span><\/li>
Monitor guest journeys and feedback, implementing continuous improvements. <\/span><\/li>
Collaborate with maintenance to address urgent matters and uphold project timelines. <\/span><\/li>
Drive weekly forecasting and planning to exceed guest expectations. <\/span><\/li>
Maintain full oversight of arrivals, departures, and special requests. <\/span><\/li>
Support the selection, onboarding, and development of high -performing team members. <\/span><\/li>
Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct. <\/span><\/li>
Work closely with Finance and Procurement to manage budgets and maintain inventory levels. <\/span><\/li>
Partner with third -party suppliers to ensure service excellence.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum of 5 years Hotel Management experience within a 5star Hotel/Property <\/span><\/li>
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management <\/span><\/li>
Advanced computer skills including proficiency in the use of Protel and MS office <\/span><\/li>
Valid driver's license<\/span> <\/li>
Proficient in budgeting, P&L management, and forecasting <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
