We are so excited to be assisting a large 4-star hotel in Devon which boasts stunning sea views. Part of an established group of luxury hotels across the UK, they are looking for a proactive Hotel General Manager to develop their team and ensure the hotel is meeting and exceeding their goals.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have previous experience as a Hotel General Manager in a similar style property.

Responsibilities as the Hotel General Manager…
- Coaching and developing the team to ensure the best quality experience possible and a smooth running operation
- Going above and beyond to achieve the hotel’s commercial goals
- Provide sound day-to-day leadership that drives the business strategy forward in all areas of the operation
- Showcasing strong financial knowledge by driving sales and revenue and balancing costs
- Being a positive, charismatic leader who is up-to-date with the team to provide suitable support
