The Role
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and drive the success of our downtown hotel. This is more than an operational role, it's a chance to lead a team and build a culture where people thrive, guests feel valued, and the business grows sustainably.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and hotel staff.
• Shape a positive, inclusive team culture rooted in respect, communication, and growth.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and uphold Hilton brand standards.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Partner with sales teams on business development and strengthen community engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hotel management experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proven success managing financials, operations, and team performance.
• Deep knowledge of hospitality trends, revenue management, and guest service best practices.
• A leadership style that inspires accountability and growth.
• Valid driver's license.
