Hotel Front Desk Night Audit - Third Shift, Part-Time

Holiday Inn Express in Moline, is adding a Part-Time Night Audit Front Desk Agent to the team!

This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team.

Schedule: 3rd shift, three-- 9 hour shifts (27 hours/week)

Must have weekend availability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
• Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
