We're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who's passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to be the go-to leader for our front office operations.
Be the go-to support for our Front Desk Agents-train, motivate, and guide them toward service excellence.
Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs with a smile.
Handle guest reservations and be the expert on hotel features, services, and the local area.
Act as the liaison between front desk team and General Manager.
Keep your team in the know-share updates on rates, packages, and promotions.
Maintain accurate payroll and scheduling aligned with budget goals.
Manage messages, packages, and VIP guest requests with professionalism.
Run room status reports and keep departments informed.
Oversee new hire training, cross-training, and team development.
Represent the team with professional grooming and a positive attitude.
Participate in staff meetings, contribute ideas, and support the overall guest experience.
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and great with numbers
Leadership mindset and commitment to team success
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
