CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the My Town Extended Stay hotel located at 1271 Antioch pike Nashville, Tn 37211. Our front desk agent will :

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

  • Position Summary:

    As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll be responsible for creating a positive and memorable check-in/check-out experience, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting the overall operation of the front office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner

    • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

    • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations

    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle guest inquiries

    • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

    • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

    • Process payments and maintain accurate records using property management systems

    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest requests and room readiness

    • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience a plus

    • Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

    • Comfortable working with computers and reservation systems (experience with [PMS system, e.g., Opera, is a plus])

    • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
