Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
• Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant staff to accommodate special requests or preferences
• Monitor the dining room and assist with maintaining cleanliness and ambiance
• Provide information about the restaurant, menu items, and special promotions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
