Syndeo has a direct hire opportunity for a results-driven Revenue Manager. In this role, you will partner with Hotel General Managers and the corporate team to maximize revenue by strategically managing room inventory, pricing, and distribution channels. You will play a key role in shaping rate strategies, conducting in-depth analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance across our client’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: 
 - Support      yield management efforts by analyzing and reporting on hotel performance,      ensuring all segments and distribution channels are optimized.  
 - Maximize      revenue potential through proactive management and accurate system      updates.  
 - Assist      the Director of Revenue with short- and long-term forecasting.  
 - Compile,      validate, and analyze data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports,      including STR, market segment analysis, pace, pickup, and channel      performance.  
 - Prepare      and lead Weekly Revenue Meetings with General Managers and Directors of      Operations, presenting insights on pricing, demand, and promotional      opportunities.  
 - Develop      models, presentations, and reports to support decision-making at property,      regional, and ownership levels. 
 
Qualifications: 
 - Minimum      2 years of hotel revenue management experience (extended stay experience      preferred).  
 - Bachelor’s      degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent      experience).  
 - Strong      knowledge of revenue management systems, reservations systems, and      reporting tools.  
 - Advanced      proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to manipulate      and interpret complex data.  
 - Strong      analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  
 - Excellent      written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.  
 - Detail-oriented,      deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced      environment.  
 - Collaborative      team player with a proactive mindset.
