We are delighted to be collaborating with a prestigious 4-star hotel set amidst the stunning landscapes of the Cotswolds. They are in search of a seasoned Head Waiter to enhance the exceptional service in their acclaimed fine dining restaurant.

Given the hotel's remote location, you must be able to drive.

• £32,000 package
• Accommodation available – £350 per month
• Extensive training and development
• Opportunities to gain qualifications such as WSET
• Working alongside a supportive team

Responsibilities as the Head Waiter…

• Providing highly personalised service to each and every guest
• Delivering a wide array of dishes and mentoring the restaurant team to deliver the very best quality service
• Going above and beyond to fulfil special requests from guests including dietary requirements
• Showcasing extensive menu knowledge to guests and answering any questions and queries

This is a very hands-on role that provides an outstanding opportunity to showcase your skillset and elevate your abilities with the wonderful training and development provided.
