Our client is a modern luxury boutique hotel with historic charm, located in Cheltenham. They are currently looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with meticulous cleaning methods and an appreciation for high-quality Hospitality to join their housekeeping team.

• £36,970 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Housekeeper…

• Performing a wide array of cleaning duties across the guest bedrooms
• Ensuring all bedrooms are cleaned to perfection following the hotel’s standards
• Going above and beyond to work to the highest standards and using your keen eye for detail to report any maintenance issues
• Dealing with special requests from guests in a professional manner.
• Managing the rota and the team

Working closely with the Executive Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for leading and supporting an excellent team of 19 Housekeepers in ensuring that the hotel's bedrooms are cleaned to perfection.
