As Head Chef, you’ll oversee the operations of the hotel’s distinguished à la carte restaurant, renowned for its redefined British classics and commitment to using the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients – many of which are grown in the hotel’s spectacular kitchen garden.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Leading a dynamic and talented kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
• Creating innovative menus that blend classic British cuisine with seasonal ingredients from the hotel’s kitchen garden
• Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring a smooth service
• Mentoring and developing the team, ensuring exceptional culinary skills and creativity are nurtured
• Managing stock control, budgets, and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards
• Taking full responsibility for the restaurant’s culinary direction and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests
