Seasonal: 8-24 hours per week through end of holiday season | Shift Examples: 8am-4pm; 10am-6pm; 12pm-7pm/9pm | Wage: $14.75 per hour

We’re looking for friendly, welcoming team members to join our Guest Services & Reservations team for the holiday season. In this role, you’ll help guests plan their visits, make reservations, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and hospitality Bavarian Inn is known for. This is a seasonal opportunity through the holiday season with 1–3 days per week available for scheduling.

• Manage guest reservations and provide accurate, helpful information.

• Upsell promotional items and special event packages when appropriate.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and optimism.

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

• Must be available at least 1-2 weekday shifts and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) plus holidays.
