This Guest Services Manager role is set in one of the most stunning luxury hotels in the UK. You will be coordinating and creating incredible stays and ensuring every guest leaves having made long-lasting, special memories for life.
The hotel is looking for a warm and welcoming Guest Services Manager with the ability to go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. You will be assisting exclusive VIPs and exciting blue-chip companies; therefore this is a role for an attentive individual with an excellent eye for detail.
Please note for this role you will need to be flexible when required to cover night shifts, this is usually when the Night Manager is away on holiday.
