Responsibilities
- Deliver upmarket hotel-like services to tenants and visitors of Grade A office building with provision of one-stop service at the concierge
- Visit tenants regularly to solicit views for continuous enhancements in customer services
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably gained in hospitality / property / aviation industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in other languages
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
- Hands-on experience in various software applications
Remarks
- Required to wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
- Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
